Iron Sharpens Iron

Iron sharpens iron, just as one man sharpens another.

A blade left unsharpened will eventually lose its edge

Just as you, left untested, will eventually lose yours.

People need people.

You are the sum aggregate of those you spend most time with

So it’s best you surround yourself with those that push you –

Because they want the best for you.

Just as you would want the best for them.

It may sometimes get a little uncomfortable

And seem a little counter intuitive.

It may not even be what you want,

But it may be exactly what you need.

Especially if you are intent on staying sharp.
